Responsibilities

Design and develop a range of learning experiences for varied audiences, including in classroom, eLearning, blended learning, and online job aids.

Partner with cross-functional SMEs to conduct needs analysis and initial design.

Collaborate with SMEs to ensure efficacy and accuracy of existing content.

Audit, adapt, and redesign courses based on organizational goals.

Manage multiple ongoing projects, establishing project priorities, milestones, and deliverables.

Maintain project documentation aligning with department processes and procedures.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning, adult learning, and curriculum development.

Minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience with eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or Adobe.

Technical training and development experience required.

Ability to write effective instructional text, audio and video scripts.

Knowledge of rapid training development tools, various eLearning authoring software, and LMS.

Portfolio of courses delivered or designed for eLearning and web-based solutions.

Preferred

Industrial environment and/or safety experience preferred.

A passport is not required but recommended.
