Responsibilities

Guide the team in making decisions and providing suggestions related to storage/virtualization technology.

Assess new technology for potential integration/migration and assist in the migration process.

Handle support requests for storage and virtualization technologies such as VMware, Pure, NetApp, Nutanix, HPE, Cloudian.

Assist in VMware, Pure Storage, and Rubrik renewal processes.

Help with higher-level problem resolution on Windows, Mac, and Linux systems.

Upgrade Juniper switches and provide ticketing support for network and system administration issues.

Collaborate with IT management, senior leadership, and researchers in a complex environment.
