Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Salesforce instances.
Implement Salesforce solutions using various configuration tools.
Customize Salesforce to fit customer's specific needs by building automations, workflows, and custom fields.
Maintain system health by performing regular backups, upgrades, and security reviews.
Provide ongoing user support by troubleshooting technical issues and answering questions.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide administrative support.
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department

Required
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and can pass a background investigation.
Proven ability to develop a strategy and write, communicate, facilitate, and present to all IT, internal staff, and management levels.
The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
Candidates must have attention to detail and the capability to document details of completed work effectively.
Bachelor's degree
Certifications - Salesforce.com such as Salesforce.com Administrator required
Preferred
Experience with Government projects is a plus.
