Responsibilities

Overall Management: Ensuring smooth workflow of the Tech Support team and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvement gaps and drive implementation with the team.

Manage Operations Support team by fielding client support questions and Jira tickets.

Coordinate client software application deployment in multiple environments.

Collaborate with Support and Prof. Services for Governance Change Advisory Board (CAB) updates.

Oversee DevOps & Vulnerabilities Management aligning project goals with objectives.

Monitor team performance metrics and facilitate resolution of security vulnerabilities.

Identify process gaps in DevOps and Vulnerability Remediation and implement resolutions.

Required

8+ years of Project Management / Operations Service Management experience

5+ years’ experience working with Agile – Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS

Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Project Management Professional certification
