Responsibilities
Compile data monthly for performance reporting dashboards.
Review and interpret results of data queries to identify trends, patterns, and assess quality.
Compile and analyze data, prepare routine and ad hoc queries, create graphic representations of data, and maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate with the team and other TWC staff.
Assist in developing data quality measures and implementing changes for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing operational and special reports, projects, or assignments.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of full-time experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work.
Each year (30 semester hours) of coursework in data science, business analytics, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field may be substituted for one year of full-time experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or reporting work.
Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze facts to devise solutions to problems.
Experience and competence in Microsoft Office programs; moderate to advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power BI skills strongly preferred.
Experience with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing.
Experience running queries, reviewing data, and conducting data searches.
Ability to compile and analyze data, prepare reports, maintain accuracy and confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Skill in successfully handling multiple projects with the ability to prioritize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
