Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive client impact/outcome data reports and templates.

Monitor data quality and hygiene through regular checks and audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of datasets in partnership with the data owners.

Manage documentation, coordination, and timely completion of all contractual reporting obligations (including narratives) pertaining to our funding contracts. Notify appropriate staff of reporting timelines to ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor funder and Private Placement Officer (PPO) compliance; communicate changes in status to the award owner/funder; assist as needed to bring the award back to compliance or complete other required reports or statements.

Assist Compliance Manager and Finance with internal and external audit activities as needed.

Assist or provide guidance on ad hoc reporting or compliance requests and grant and loan related issues and inquiries.

Onboard all new awards; ensure integrity of data entry, covenant reporting, and payment schedules.

Maintain, develop, and improve Data and Reporting-owned databases, files, and platforms to ensure integrity, relevance, and procedural compliance.

Monitor and Administer filing of all Craft3 and subsidiary federal, state, and local governmental licensing, regulatory, compliance, and reporting requirements; communicate changes in status to the owner; assist as needed to bring back to compliance.
