Responsibilities

Flourish in a supportive yet independent work environment with room for personal and professional growth
Manage a revenue quota to achieve or surpass sales targets in designated accounts
Engage effectively with customers at the Senior Management level, assisting in building relationships with C-level contacts
Negotiate contract renewals, cross-sells, and upsells with clients
Collaborate with clients to establish business and technical goals and potential via technical and Quarterly Business Reviews
Maintain regular contact with named customer accounts, establish relationships, present Keeper solutions, troubleshoot challenges, address issues with the broader team, and close deals
Advise customers on best practices for securing their business against password-related breaches
Proactively oversee a portfolio of assigned clients to deliver consistent value throughout the entire lifecycle
Stay informed about Account Management best practices, industry trends, and operate as both an Account Manager and Cyber Security advisor to customers
Understand and navigate account procurement practices to negotiate licensing contracts
Resolve customer issues, independently or with the collaboration of other teams, approaching situations with curiosity and creativity
Develop strong customer relationships by ensuring high levels of engagement, adoption, and communication; conduct quarterly business reviews to update clients on vulnerabilities and new product features
Become an expert on the hiring company's products for customers; occasionally contribute to Sales or Marketing calls/webinars as an Account Manager & expert
Drive customer advocacy through references, referrals, and case studies
Analyze customer portfolio data to prioritize opportunities and risks; consistently renew and expand customer contracts to meet or exceed personal and team quotas
Contribute to refining the hiring company's Account Management programs and processes to ensure excellence in all AM initiatives
Foster a cohesive team environment by maintaining high work standards
Seize opportunities to provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer success!

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales or Account Management (with an emphasis on upselling and expansion)
Solid technical knowledge in software integrations (SSO, Directory, etc.), implementation, onboarding, and support
Driven by problem-solving for customers; ability to anticipate challenges preemptively
Experience working with and selling to Enterprise organizations, C-level Executives, and IT and Cyber Security Executives
Demonstrated autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers achieve value
Energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented, proactive, and creative problem solver
Proficiency in learning software; adept at business applications
Capable of managing multiple priorities with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; diplomatic, tactful, and composed when handling customer issues and escalations
Familiarity with Salesforce.com
Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS)
Experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) industry is advantageous
