Required

5+ years of professional experience in UX design.

Skilled in illustration and icon creation, and animation

Proficiency in Sketch and Adobe After Effects required.

Ability to rationalize design requirements with research and design requirements, what influenced decisions, and how you delivered the solution.

Skills to iterate and move features forward with stakeholders, including engineering and product management.

Ability to generate design concepts and final solutions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Navigate an agile work environment and perform key tasks within sprints.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Can work CST hours

Preferred

A background of working on enterprise software is a plus
