Responsibilities

Become a product expert
Help new customers implement Default’s product
Help build expansion pipeline by identifying ICP prospects and serving them to sales
Develop processes around and lead implementations, renewals, and support
Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions
Understand the business objectives of your customers and map them to the value our products enable
Collaborate with internal teammates to move deals forward and ensure customer success
Run tight POCs based on business success criteria
Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets and drive success through a metric-based approach
Work cross-functionally across Default to build the roots of our Success team

Required

Experience in SaaS sales selling to mid-market and enterprise customers
Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot as well as their workflow products like Salesforce Flows and HubSpot Workflows
Experience with workflow automation tools like Zapier, Make, etc.
Prior experience and success as a CSM, Rev Ops Manager, or AM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Research skills and experience with account management or customer success
Ability to work collaboratively with small, cross-functional teams
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas
Passion for software technology and a customer-first mindset
Prior experience with modern sales tools like Salesforce, Scratchpad, and Apollo.io

Preferred

Basic understanding of the solutions that comprise our market is a plus
You’re excited to pioneer the success playbook versus execute a prescribed one
You’re adamant about playing a key role in an early-stage startup
Based in NYC (bonus)
