Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders in driving business requirements gathering sessions, help plan and prioritize various requests and set pragmatic expectations.

Independently prepare process design, develop user stories, functional test, plan and execute UAT, and create enablement materials (documentation, demo video, etc.).

Provide strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills to effectively synthesize requirements, evaluate options, and help design and deliver quality solutions.

Own functional tasks and deliverables, including, but not limited to: process definition, requirements gathering, functional design creation, testing, preparing reports.

Create and maintain project, application, and design documents leveraging Salesforce development best practices.

Prepare and present leadership updates, steerco decks, and other org-wide key updates to the executive leadership team.

Required

Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred).

3+ years of experience implementing, configuring and administering SaaS business systems for a software company, with at least 1 year of Salesforce administration experience.

Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, hard working, and a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, including experience meeting with and presenting information to senior leadership.

Passion for creating a frictionless end user experience.

Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce.com platform, ecosystem and best-practices.

Preferred

Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Certified CPQ Specialist) preferred but not required.
