Responsibilities

Re-imaging the next generation of 3D and data visualization tools in our core product.

Building analytics dashboards that help customers make high-impact decisions.

Working on new features and products to help project teams in the construction space manage their projects.

Breaking new ground in immersive 360 Video Capture experiences on mobile.

Designing industry-leading experiences for the core application.

Crafting tools that provide users clarity about their construction project.

Turning ambiguous problems that users are facing into concrete new products.

Influencing the future direction of the roadmap through active involvement in user research, concepting, and presenting new ideas.

Working with sketches, wireframes, prototypes, or designs to jump head first into new projects and own them.

Collaborating with design, product, and engineering teams in a highly collaborative fashion.

Engaging in design reviews regularly and consistently sharing work with design and company leadership.

Required

5+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.

Experience with SAAS products or complex data applications.

Strong visual design skills.

Strong data visualization skills, and can provide examples.

Preferred

Ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use.

Understanding of the enterprise/large user landscape and what makes a great experience.

Skilled in explaining your design work, process, and decisions to internal stakeholders and see feedback as fuel to allow you to do your best work.

Comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders regularly.

Strong independence coupled with the capability to champion a broader design vision among cross-functional stakeholders

Demonstrates unwavering dedication to serving our users and colleagues, while effectively prioritizing tasks to strike the ideal balance for the project, the Design team, and all of Doxel.
