Responsibilities
Support business strategy by identifying new product enhancements, revenue opportunities, or product positioning strategies
Research the market to assess developing trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for refining product direction and strategy
Lead the definition and delivery of new product functionality by defining role-based journeys and use cases, and defining roadmaps
Collaborate with marketing to define go-to-market strategies and provide input for sales tools and assets
Measure product capability performance, understand product P&L, and drivers for product adoption and active use
Stay current with compliance and relevant regulations affecting the marketplace and product functionality requirements
Communicate across the organization to drive sales/product adoption and effectively support customers for upsell/cross-sell adoption and active use

Required
BS/BA degree
3+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent
Intellectual curiosity, along with a competitive spirit
Experience with building enterprise SaaS-based applications
Experience product managing Work Tech (HR Tech, Coaching Tech, etc.)
Solid understanding of current and emerging technologies and infrastructures
Excellent technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to influence and coordinate activities of resources outside of direct control
Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills for all levels
Some travel required
Willingness to work with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
