Responsibilities
Create user-centered designs based on business requirements, customer feedback, and usability findings
Champion customer insights and design best practices while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Iteratively develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI designs
Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and data insights into design solutions
Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
Adhere to branding guidelines and design standardization across products
Present design solutions to executive leadership and UX team
Analyze metrics post-launch for design optimization

Required
8+ years of design experience
Experience with UX design of complex workflows
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar
