Required
Proven leadership (7+ years) in analytics and data science within high-growth startups (200 to 2,000 employees), with a background in health tech.
Expertise in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, SQL, relational databases, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau), AI based solutions.
Strong project management in agile methodologies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to Virta’s mission.
