Responsibilities

Support site setup, facility outfitting, layout execution, and process optimization activities in the fulfillment center.

Collaborate with Solution Design and local Operations & Facilities teams to define facility layouts & racking elevations changes.

Maintain AutoCAD layouts.

Implement CEVA standards related to LEAN, Continuous Improvement, Tier Boards, and KPIs.

Partner with the Operations team to propose process optimization projects to improve efficiency, safety, & quality, ensure successful execution of projects.

Observe operations and ensure Work Instructions are adhered to and reflective of the actual process.

Partner with Project Management and Procurement to ensure equipment and supplies are ordered, tracked, delivered, and implemented on-time and on budget.

Required

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field of study

Minimum 3 years Logistics & Distribution experience designing, implementing, or launching new facilities and solutions

E-commerce and Omni channel fulfilment experience

Experience in warehouse automation applications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Data Analysis, process mapping tools, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of WMS functionality

Strong interpersonal communication skills, demonstrated history of developing relationships and building trust, ability to work independently & in a team environment

Ability to analyze complex problems and develop appropriate solutions

AutoCAD: 3 years (Required)

Project implementation: 3 years (Required)

Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
