Responsibilities
Perform system maintenance tasks, including reviewing error logs, conducting system backups, monitoring performance, and managing licenses.
Provision and manage AWS resources, including setting up a Linux Satellite server and deployment manager.
Provide technical support for system security monitoring and optimize performance by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Manage and maintain technologies such as DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
Be available for on-call support during evenings and weekends as needed.
Manage and maintain automation tools like Ansible.

Required
Linux Administration: Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) on the AWS platform (minimum 3 years).
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Extensive experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Linux systems and applications (minimum 5 years). Hands-on experience in performance monitoring to manage scaling environments (minimum 3 years).
Patching and Vulnerability Management: Expertise in Linux OS patching, including snapshots and OS-level vulnerability management (minimum 7 years).
Security: Proficiency in security aspects such as cookie security, web browser security, server-side encryptions, data encryption at rest, and key management (minimum 3 years).
Image Management: Strong experience with Red Hat Image management (minimum 3 years).
AWS Cloud Services: Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, SSM, and EBS (minimum 3 years).
Service Management: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining services like Bind, Apache, Nginx, MySQL, etc. (minimum 5 years).
Automation and Configuration Management: Experience with tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet, or Chef (minimum 5 years).
Scripting: Strong scripting skills, particularly in Bash or Python (minimum 7 years).
Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VPCs, subnets, and routing (minimum 3 years).
Network Tools: Proficiency with network tools such as iptables, Linux IPVS, HAProxy, etc. (minimum 3 years).
Network Traffic Analysis: Experience in capturing, interpreting, and analyzing network traffic (minimum 4 years).
