Responsibilities
Collaborate with client-facing teams to understand and validate new enhancement requests from clients.
Work with product leadership and other product managers on product initiatives in the backlog and on the roadmap.
Manage product lifecycle processes from concept to delivery to sunset.
Seek user feedback to uncover new needs, gain deeper insights into new requests, and solicit feedback on recently released enhancements.
Articulate user needs and customer goals to engineering teams, translating them into technical solutions that solve user problems.
Decompose epics/features into user stories for estimation and implementation by the team.
Participate in agile and product development ceremonies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
Manage communication of product initiatives internally and externally.

Required
1 year in Product Management or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Desire to work in a fast-paced software environment (agile experience preferred), and an ability to execute against aggressive timelines.
Knowledge of wire framing and/or prototyping tools is a big plus.
Ability to juggle multiple projects with varying degrees of priorities.
High energy level, enthusiastic, and eager to do what is necessary to be successful.
Understanding of digital video or audio devices and services and related features, including user interfaces and applications, is highly desired.
Experience with IoT devices or medical devices desired.
