Responsibilities

Administer billing process, including fee reconciliation and client invoicing

Ensure timely submission of invoices and supporting documents to client

Calculate and track monthly revenue based on active contracts and corresponding scope of work

Facilitate the negotiation of client contracts with the account staff and legal department

Analyze trends

Review and approve client budgets

Support client reporting, audit requests, and data collection

Process purchase orders and run financial queries upon request

Approve time and expense write-offs and follow up on unbilled WIP

Review missing time reports weekly and follow up on delinquencies

Prepare and review staff utilization reports and flag issues for management

Ensure department compliance with company financial policies (revenue recognition, job requisitions, time entry, travel and expense, billing, accounts payable, and new business)

Train account staff on internal finance systems, procedures, and financial project management
