Responsibilities
Create compelling and effective designs for various marketing materials including email newsletters, social media, print materials, retail store materials, and giveaways.
Project manage design work and ensure brand consistency across different touchpoints.
Coordinate with vendors for accurate and timely production of materials.
Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitors' visual strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating successful graphic design projects.
Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
Preferred
Experience and passion in the bike industry is preferred.
