Responsibilities

Design, coordinate, and execute research studies to evaluate LLM features.

Develop and implement survey and experimental designs to gather human evaluation data.

Apply machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret research data.

Perform statistical analysis to draw meaningful insights from research findings.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and Engineers.

Monitor and ensure the quality and integrity of research studies.

Deliver compelling oral, written, and visual presentations of research findings to stakeholders.

Stay current with advancements in machine learning, LLM, and related research fields.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies and processes.

Required

PhD or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.

Proven experience in designing and executing research studies, preferably related to machine learning or language models.

Strong background in survey/experimental design and statistical analysis.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.

Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Excellent data analysis and visualization skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
