Responsibilities
Process DDE enrollment requests accurately and timely for all new and existing DDE customers.
Maintain the Provider Security Oracle Database System to ensure accurate and detailed customer data.
Communicate effectively with provider offices, EDI staff, and security teams regarding the DDE enrollment process.
Complete DDE support calls as needed, assist customers in the enrollment process, and provide status on forms submitted.
Perform other duties and assignments in support of the goals and objectives of Novitas Solutions, Inc., and EDI Services.

Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 year work experience working on a PC in a Microsoft Windows or similar environment
Data entry experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
1 year Medicare experience
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and research skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
