Responsibilities

Be proficient in Japanese and English language

Supervise structured learning metrics and oversee their results for the assigned territory and region

Manage live performance metrics end to end for the assigned territory

Conduct learning sessions on new processes and deliver various training courses

Maintain data and analysis through reports on Excel

Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching, and other performance improvement programs on time

Partner with operations leaders during station audits to check process compliance and fix immediate gaps

Identify learning coaches and certify them

Lead individual improvement projects to enhance business performance

Drive Quality and Learning metrics

Conduct chime sessions and classroom sessions for stakeholders

Required

2+ years of experience in training delivery roles.

1 year experience in Customer Service or customer service-related work experience

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software

Highly Accurate and Fluent in Japanese and English

Spoken and Written accuracy and fluency with an additional language

Flexible to work within a 24/7 x 365 days global team across a variety of time zones

Knowledge of adult learning, content design and facilitation.

Preferred

Creative thinker with strong organizational/time management skills.

Proven track record of process improvement.
