Responsibilities
Perform on-site and remote support for end users firm wide
Participate in hardware and software deployment initiatives
Perform minor equipment repairs
Participate in Office 365 related initiatives and issue resolution
Troubleshoot technologies related to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). E.g. Citrix, VMWare
Take active role in managing ITSM and CMDB
Member of Core Incident Response Team providing initial response to cybersecurity incidents
Develop and maintain documentation of processes and components of infrastructure
Assist in the development and implementation of technology training for users

Required
Undergraduate Degree in Information Technology related concentration or a combination of undergraduate degree with requisite training and experience
3 or more years of IT support related experience
Ability to be self-motivated and multitask with excellent time management skills and can handle tight deadlines
Proficient in Office 365 Management (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intuneetc)
Understanding of general programming techniques, preferably PowerShell scripting
Experience with virtual environments, preferably leveraging VMWare and Citrix
Understanding of networking principles (e.g. OSI model, DNS, DHCP, etcExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to continually learn new systems and technological developments
Able to work overtime as needed
