Responsibilities

Play a role in shaping digital and content strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Implement digital initiatives and campaigns.
Utilize digital marketing knowledge to enhance digital engagement, drive leads, and attain business goals.
Drive initiatives from strategic planning through execution, analytics, and optimization.
Lead content creation and digital sales enablement efforts to support demand generation and customer conversion.
Oversee digital campaigns, identify areas for A/B testing and enhancement, and guide decisions based on data-driven insights.

Required

Digital marketing experience with demonstrated knowledge of marketing automation and CRM, CMS and website management, SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Demonstrated success leading content creation & digital sales enablement initiatives to support demand generation
Expertise from strategic development through execution of high-visibility programs including marketing campaigns, editorial calendars, website redesigns, and similar initiatives
Deep understanding of analytics and program performance, demonstrating success of optimizing campaigns and/or initiatives over time
Exceptional communication and writing skills, adaptable across various customer audiences and stakeholders
Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, agile environment when continuous innovation is required
Previous experience working with both B2B and B2C audiences
2+ years of experience within healthcare, health-tech or life sciences
