Responsibilities

Learn about the business, employees, and project approach philosophy within NVR.

Bridge the gap between IT and HR using data analytics for process assessment and recommendations.

Document and standardize HR and Payroll processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

Manage QA and UAT processes ensuring thorough testing and validation.

Lead small projects on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and succession planning.

Support ad hoc requests from colleagues and maintain a relationship with HRIS Vendors.

Stay updated on the latest system advancements and troubleshoot system issues.

Intellectual curiosity and the ability to develop relationships and engage in business dialogue with internal clients to understand and address their needs.

Strong organizational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivation with the desire to continuously learn and expand knowledge.

History of success working both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team on multiple concurrent projects.

Drive for results with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, and balance multiple priorities.
