Required
Experience in Visualforce Pages, Salesforce.com Development, and Lightning Web Components
Proficient in Salesforce.com Administration
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce (SFDC)
The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and customization
Preferred
Salesforce.com certification
Experience with Salesforce.com integration and customization is a plus
Exposure to enabling AI capabilities on Service Cloud is highly desirable
