Responsibilities

Conducting detailed engineering design work, including preparing, reviewing, and approving technical documents and reports.

Utilizing AutoCAD to create and modify engineering drawings and designs.

Preparing cost estimates and proposals for engineering projects, ensuring accurate financial accounting.

Coordinating with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineering staff.

Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments for timely and budget-compliant completion.

Ensuring all engineering work aligns with company policies and industry standards.

Required

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, with a focus on project management and design.

Extensive experience with AutoCAD and other engineering design software.

Strong knowledge of cost estimation and proposal preparation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on organization and time management.
