Responsibilities

Writes test plans from written and verbal requirements

Executes self-written test plans

Writes test reports from the results of self-written tests

Uses testing automation, but does not create it

Follows testing process, but is not responsible for creating or managing it

Provides input for processes and requirements when consulted

Required

Three to five years in a Quality Assurance testing role at commercial or government job

Sound knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Demonstrable experience navigating TN5250-based applications on IBM iSeries (AS/400)

Demonstrable experience querying information from IBM DB2i (no DDL required)

US Citizenship or Green-card Holder

Preferred

College degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred
