Required

8+ years of experience with IT Business Analysis

3+ years of experience with Clinical Data Systems, application development, or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Experience translating business needs, processes, and procedures into a workable system and articulating specific software requirements by communicating these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders

Experience with facilitating scope, requirements, prioritization, and business process meetings with the project stakeholders, including presenting epic prioritization and grooming, refining product backlog, and planning product deliverables

Experience with writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing the software for functional satisfaction

Experience developing documents for IT applications, system specifications, and functional test plans according to existing standards and methodologies

Ability to lead and manage a small team of business analysts to prioritize and gather requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience with facilitating development and troubleshooting sessions with a team

Ability to collaborate with project sponsors, business partners, engineers, and architects to build and define the product backlogs and complete release planning

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and issue resolution skills

Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Possession of excellent interpersonal and customer relationship management skills
