Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, QA engineers, and technical leads.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the engineering team.
Drive the recruitment, development, and retention of top engineering talent.
Define and implement the engineering strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the company's technology infrastructure.
Drive the adoption of best practices in software development, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the company's technology stack.
Work closely with product management to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable software systems.
Oversee the development of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to meet customer needs.
Implement and maintain robust DevOps practices to ensure smooth and efficient deployment processes.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve engineering productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in a SaaS company, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
Strong technical proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#) and architectures.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse engineering team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
