Senior Data Analyst, Program Integration

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and colleagues to understand business needs, define strategies, and identify opportunities.
Clinical Program Integration & Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of clinical programs, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance to a team of data analysts, assign tasks, and ensure timely project completion.
Technical Expertise: Perform complex data analysis, serve as an escalation point for leadership, and provide ad-hoc reporting/analysis.
Quality Assurance/Compliance: Oversee data integrity reviews, implement data standards, and ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical findings.
Documentation & Reporting: Document data analysis methodologies, deliver reports to stakeholders, and oversee technical workflows and project plans.
Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, act as a liaison between data analytics team and other units, and support collaboration.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor's degree and five years of high-level data leadership experience, including direct supervision of staff, with a demonstrated ability to manage within complicated and complex organizations or master’s degree and three years of similar experience.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, leverage critical thinking skills, manage conflict, make decisions independently, and ability to solve problems.
High degree of sensitivity to stakeholder needs.
Excellent communication, tactical and strategic planning, and supervisory skills are required.
Preferred
Master’s degree.
More than five years of professional leadership experience with regional or state-wide initiatives.
Familiarity with UT Austin policies, procedures, and systems.
Experience administering mental health or education initiatives.
