Responsibilities
Manage day to day tasks to ensure the VoIP network is running efficiently and monitor network elements to maintain optimization.
Maintain routing in Sansay SBCs and add new carriers to route to the GCS LCR routing engine.
Take lead on new product enhancements to support product management for Hosted PBX and SIP trunking.
Provide tier2/3 support to the NOC and provisioning teams as well as the product development team.
Support the fraud management team with integration with equinox protector.

Required
Five to 10 years of VoIP Engineering experience
Preferred
IP network experience with certifications (CCNA or better)
UNIX knowledge
Python scripting experience
