Responsibilities
Consult with client credit unions to develop and implement strategies using Velera's solutions.
Analyze data and reports to provide insights and trends using data analytics tools.
Participate in industry marketing expertise alignment.
Document competition matrices for consulting services and credit union products.
Assist in developing new campaigns and automation.
Utilize financial performance models to project member/owner portfolio performance.
Track billing of consulting services and manage client discounts.
Create communication materials summarizing findings and recommendations.
Identify data sources to investigate credit union portfolios and campaigns.
Build strong relationships with members/owners and other corporate functional areas.
Stay updated on industry products and services, market research, and perform other assigned duties.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics other related field or combination of education and experience required.
Four (4) years of marketing quantitative analysis experience and/or direct credit card, debit, and digital marketing required.
Client service experience and experience using SAS and Teradata tools preferred.
Knowledge of underwriting practices, collection practices, credit unions service models, credit and debit processing, fees, interchange, and pricing.

Minimal travel may be required
