Responsibilities
Guide and maintain IAM standards and programs, ensuring a secure and healthy user access environment.
Handle user provisioning, on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.
Manage identity lifecycle and access management.
Implement user access changes and ensure accurate user system access.
Provide vendor oversight and broker system and service access.
Collaborate with relevant departments to support all enterprise IAM services provided to the client.
Maintain a secure and healthy user access environment through IGA practices.
Gather and interpret IAM metrics and data to provide comprehensive insights into service performance.
Prepare documentation and reviews for audits.
Act as the point of contact for audit issues.
Consult with business units on access level changes and new system implementations.
Recommend best practice service improvements.
Drive the enhancement process for the IAM program to meet the client's strategic needs.

Required
In-depth knowledge of authentication, authorization, Active Directory policies, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), and web filtering solutions. (5 years)
Proficient in providing security administration in a mainframe environment. (5 years)
Experienced in access role development and maintenance, defining application-level roles/groups, and ensuring secure authentication and authorization mechanisms align with policies, standards, and best practices. (5 years)
Skilled in user administration, Active Directory, and the user administration functions of various multi-user service applications. (5 years)
Preferred
Knowledge in mainframe automation programming languages, such as Resource Access Control Facility (RACF), and Identity and Access Management systems, such as Cayosoft.
Understanding of agency audit and compliance requirements.
