Responsibilities
Assist in the development of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends.
Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and resource allocation.
Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for management review.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
Monitor and analyze costs across various departments and business units.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
Work with department heads to develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality and service levels.
Maintain the firm’s financial planning tool
Prepare annual industry surveys
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and analysis as required.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the professional services industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience with financial planning software, such as Workday Adaptive Planning is desired
Some familiarity with programming languages, such as SQL and Python, is a plus
General understanding of GAAP accounting
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
