Responsibilities

Provide key financial information and analysis to support executive management decision making and strategy

Prepare Board meeting materials and corporate reporting

Prepare the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)

Contribute to yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting processes

Apply accounting policies and recognition to plan/forecast

Provide variance analysis for monthly results and communicate with business partners

Aggregate, summarize, analyze, and present data to support decision making

Develop and maintain data in planning and reporting tools

Develop and track key metrics

Track and report on industry trends

Provide modeling and analysis for various initiatives

Perform scenario planning & analysis of alternate strategies

Provide non-standard management reports and operational analysis

Support ad hoc analysis for special projects

Maintain relationships with business partners

Ensure alignment of numbers across business segments

Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the organization

Adhere to the highest moral, ethical, and legal standards
