Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter specialist for Regulatory Information Management (RIM) Systems
Collaborate with clients to assess systems and processes, providing innovative business solutions
Manage projects of varying complexity, identifying and communicating associated risks
Gather and document user, functional, and technical requirements
Contribute to the development of business cases and strategic roadmaps
Ensure compliance with IT Change Management and GxP Change Control procedures
Support system validation, release, and post-deployment activities
Provide application support and troubleshooting
Interact with end users to offer guidance, training, and solutions
Develop processes to enhance the availability of application systems
Document solutions and processes in the IT Service Management knowledgebase
Willingness to travel to other sites as necessary

Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Biological Science, or related field
5+ years of experience with regulatory information systems
Strong understanding of cGMPs and regulatory processes
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with SDLC principles and industry best practices
Preferred
IT-related certification or equivalent experience, project management experience is a plus
Experience in content management, Data Migration, PL/Transact SQL, XML, object-oriented design
Knowledge of Trial Master File, Computer System Validation (CSV), and GAMP5
Exposure to Regulatory solutions such as Lorenz docuBridge, Veeva RIMS, and more would be advantageous
