Responsibilities

Manage firewalls, switches, and routers in both main and remote office locations.

Troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues.

Deploy network configuration changes and software upgrades.

Test and update network disaster recovery procedures.

Troubleshoot network security issues, including Firewall, IPS threat-detection, and VPN issues.

Provide technical guidance to the Desktop support team.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.

4 years of experience in Information Systems with a focus on Infrastructure Administration.

Exceptional knowledge of networking technologies such as OSI network layers and TCP/IP.

Familiarity with Firewalls, routers, switches, and network administration.

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Cloud Infrastructure, XAAS.

Preferred

Experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, Firepower, Meraki routers, switches, and WAPs.

Familiarity or experience with SDWAN.

Exposure to Citrix, VMWare, and SAN technologies.

Experience in maintaining and monitoring Wide and Local Area network systems.

Proficiency in BGP & EIGRP support, IPSEC and SSL VPNs configuration and support, Layer 3 switching support, VLAN configuration and support, and Wireless (WCS) maintenance and support.
