Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain the data architecture, data models and standards for various Data Integration & Data Warehousing projects in Snowflake, combined with other technologies

Lead a team of top data engineers to design and implement efficient data pipelines (ETLs) to integrate data from a variety of sources into WellSky Home’s Data Warehouse as well as data model changes that align with warehouse standards and backfill or other warehouse data management processes

Expand and optimize our data, data pipeline architecture, data flow, and data collection for cross-functional teams

Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high quality warehouse data

Develop and maintain documentation of the data architecture, data flows and data models

Maintain ownership of technical solutions from design and architecture perspective, ensuring the right direction and propose resolution to potential data pipeline-related problems

Provide technical guidance and support to a vibrant engineering team, and provide coaching and teaching your teammates how to do great data engineering

Grow the field of data engineering at WellSky through sustained collaboration, teaching and developing our data engineering standards
