Responsibilities

Inspect and document asset conditions for evaluation of remaining useful life

Prioritize findings for client capital planning and asset management programs

Implement Maintenance and Reliability metrics site-wide

Conduct Reliability studies and analyze drawings/schematics

Develop risk mitigation strategies for critical assets

Maintain accurate records within CMMS

Create and manage PM tasks for continuous improvement

Identify and resolve chronic equipment issues

Explore new technologies for reliability enhancements

Collaborate with Maintenance and Planning teams

Rank asset criticality and define proactive maintenance approaches

Perform system/equipment audits focusing on safety and compliance

Support commissioning activities for upgrade projects

Maintain infrastructure and compliance documentation

Required

BS in an Engineering discipline or equivalent.

8-12 years of related maintenance reliability engineering experience, project engineering, and/or training associated with pharmaceutical equipment and systems.

Experience w/ Root Cause Analysis, Equipment Criticality Ranking, PM/PdM optimization, Defect Elimination, and/or Failure Modes and Effects Analysis.

Experience w/ predictive maintenance technologies including, but not limited to, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared Thermography, ultrasound, and motor current analysis.

Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service, Strong interpersonal skills

Strong communication skills, both orally and written

Extensive mechanical, electrical, knowledge of commercial/critical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing /labs / distribution facilities required. Demonstrated technical expertise in facility related systems

Ability to facilitates/supports operational event and equipment failure investigations to ensure that the root cause/causal factors have been identified, corrective actions prescribed, and follow-up monitoring conducted as applicable, to determine effectiveness.
