Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day end-user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
Demonstrate strong technical understanding and translate technical issues into user stories for development.
Create and maintain ongoing internal documentation of processes and system configurations.
Provide training and user support across the CNS CRM ecosystem.
Assist the Data Management team in maintaining data quality throughout the system.
Manage sprint planning and backlog prioritization.

Required
7+ years B2B Salesforce administration. Asset management industry preferred.
Experience using Pardot or similar Marketing Automation tools.
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Ability to articulate concepts and work with business partners to co-develop and lead CRM deliverables.
Ability to thoughtfully plan and organize for on-time project delivery.
Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and departments.
Knowledge and familiarity with industry software and tools for Sales and Marketing such as Broadridge, SS&C SalesConnect, Seismic, ON24, RIA Database, IC Research.
Deadline-driven, manager of multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
