Responsibilities
Answer phones, take inquiries from customers, book appointments, and direct customers accordingly.
Perform general office duties, handle customer service, and interact daily with sales staff and marketing tracking.
Receive sales and payments, enter data into the system, and create customer files.

MS Office skills with 1 year office experience required
Must be highly organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
