Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and automation using declarative tools.

Implement integrations with external systems using web services, REST APIs, and middleware platforms.

Write and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices.

Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Salesforce applications.

Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews.

Drive the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, to align technical solutions with business goals.

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Design and architect Salesforce solutions that align with client needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Create comprehensive solution design documents, including system diagrams, data models, and integration specifications.

Configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet client requirements, utilizing declarative tools and coding when necessary.

Conduct system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution functionality and integrity.

Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and emerging technologies.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience

Experience in JavaScript, Salesforce, or Apex

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience

Experience with JavaScript, Salesforce, or Apex

Travel and relocation may be required
