Responsibilities

Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.

Maintain code integrity and organization, while modernizing and maximizing efficiency.

Active involvement in and contribution to requirement analysis.

Active involvement in and contribution to design reviews, development, deployment, unit testing and code reviews.

Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.

Mentoring new developers and team members and collaborating with the Business Analysis and QA teams.

Participating in application framework design.

Collaborate with a team of developers while ensuring your own personal work is completed in a timely manner.

Required

7-10 years of hands-on experience and excellent skills in Java using Java/JEE, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, JSP, JSTL, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, XML Struts, Spring

Must demonstrate excellent programming and software engineering capabilities, excellent software troubleshooting experience, and excellent velocity

Experience with Java Web Frameworks/Spring Boot

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, software design, and best practices

Excellent troubleshooting skills

Great attention to detail

3+ years of experience with JavaScript Frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, and KnockoutJS – prefer experience with Angular vs 11/13

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and excellent initiative

Work well with others and enjoy being part of a diverse team

Proactive, innovative, and dedicated developer

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent degree is required
