Responsibilities
Support Army OEI in analyzing energy consumption, energy rates, and life cycle cost analysis.
Utilize tools to prepare business case analysis for private investments.
Conduct sensitivity analysis and incorporate impacts of alternate financing structures, utility rate structures, tax policy, and Federal and state policy support.
Identify key business risks and integrate full life cycle cost assessments to guide Government assessments.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or economics.
Must have at least five (5) years experience with providing financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills combined with actual industry experience to assess viability of project business and financial issues.
Experience conducting financial cost analysis and due diligence of large-scale renewable and alternative energy resilience projects, utilizing third party financing.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills to provide leadership to collaborate and work with diverse teams.
Strong communication skills to provide clearly and succinctly recurring and ad hoc project updates and synthesizing information for key decision briefs.
DoD Secret clearance is required.
Preferred
Army experience strongly preferred.
