Responsibilities
Manage overall AR collections performance to meet business goals
Develop a specific methodology for each customer for effective collection approach
Monitor performance tools to drive improvements
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve delayed payments
Produce weekly AR aging reports and maintain accurate AR data in SAP
Provide AR aging reports to the Operational team for customer communication
Process AR reversal, Internal CM, Offset requests in SAP
Manage internal KPIs and payment cycle time
Maintain transaction tracking logs and process improvement projects
Support customer relationship strengthening activities
Maintain Policies and Procedure documents and training materials
Provide guidance and operational trainings to team members
Assist in billing and claims process changes
Support other departments when needed

Required
High School Diploma/G.E.D is required
3 - 5 years of direct experience in collection, AR management, and/or billing required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities required
Proficient PC skills required
Must have intermediate-level skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
4 - 7 years of direct experience in accounting, logistics, operations, and process improvement preferred
Experience with MS Access preferred
Experience using SAP preferred
