Responsibilities
Support Director of Sales, Senior Account Manager, and Territory Sales Managers with typing of letters, proposals, lease agreements, correspondence, equipment orders, etc.
Create files for new locations.
Forward emails/calls/voicemails to the appropriate department(s).
Meter mail, pick up and drop off daily.
Process sales equipment orders.
File any/all documents.
Produce sales department customer emails.
Create instructional signs for new locations.
Answer phones and vector calls.
Scan, email and/or fax leases and/or addendums.
Update and distribute sales itinerary to executive personnel.
Sending information to all new installations.
Register for company events.
Update master files for locations.
Work on large bids with sales team upon contract expirations.
Maintain social media pages.
Qualification

Required
Basic secretarial and administrative duties supporting the Sales Department
Strong skills with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook computer programs
Must have a VALID driver's license
Willing to undergo background and drug testing
High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred
