Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement scalable SaaS solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Required

Proven experience as a Senior SaaS Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in .NET (Core), C#, Blazor, SQL Server, Entity Framework, HTML/CSS.
Experience with database design and third-party integrations.
Proven experience starting projects from scratch.
Strong skills in UI development and customer-facing software.
Experience in mobile app development.
B2B SaaS / Marketplace development experience.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passion for the outdoor industry and understanding of the unique needs of business owners within it.

Preferred

Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
