Responsibilities
Generate revenue by increasing sales through effective marketing initiatives, leveraging market research, pricing, product marketing, communications, advertising, and public relations.
Direct all brand and marketing efforts for digital and e-commerce business models.
Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy to align with business goals.
Design and execute dynamic marketing campaigns across multiple channels using integrated marketing methodologies from conception to full implementation.
Strategize, design, deploy, and analyze email and direct mail promotions with proficiency in layout, design work, and copywriting.
Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Develop strategic partnerships to amplify the brand message.

Required
Minimum of 8-10 years of well-rounded marketing experience.
Extensive background in retail, digital marketing, PR, social media, and operations.
Experience managing multi-million marketing budgets.
Hands-on experience with CRM, SEM, SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot, Salesforce, and social media.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
Preferred
Additional marketing certifications are a plus.
