Responsibilities
Analyzing, reconciling, and validating financial data and information
Resolving complex reconciliation and account analysis problems
Analyzing and monitoring compliance with financial requirements
Auditing, compiling, calculating, and analyzing financial data and transactions
Preparing and administering operating and capital budgets
Assisting, directing, training others with budgetary or financial concerns
Estimating and preparing financial forecasts and historical documents
Administering department physical inventory accounting and reconciling assets under construction
Providing support within the department by solving financially related problems and reviewing internal controls
Performing other duties of a similar nature or level

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field
Four years of professional level accounting experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job
Preferred
Experience using SAP or Oracle
Certification as a Financial Officer II
